Every couple is different and we ensure your wedding reflects your personal style. Here are the packages we provide and if there is something you need that is not here just ask and we will be more than happy to help you.
The Couture Platinum Package
Full Service Wedding Planning & Design
This is our most comprehensive package. It is designed for the couple that wants to sit back, relax and leave all the work to your well equipped planner. Couture Events by D will be there every step of the planning process to ensure you have the wedding you always dreamed of. We start with a free consultation to discuss your vision for the day. Then from there the fun begins!! We will construct a team of vendors that is best for your style and budget. We will carefully design every detail based on your vision and bring it to life. We will be there for every step of the planning process and execute any task that needs to be handled. We will also be there to oversee the entire day, leaving your mind at ease while you enjoy your wedding day!
The Couture Gold Package
Guidance & Support
This Package is designed for the couple that likes to be more hands on but could use some guidance during their planning process. We will be there to answer all your questions, provide you with vendor recommendations and anything you may need. We will begin with a free consultation to get to know you, your ideas and any plans made thus far. From there we will work together and compose a detailed list of items that you may need our help with completing. We will also be there for your entire wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Couture Silver Package
Month of Coordination
This package is for the couple that has successfully planned their own wedding but doesn't want to stress over all the details on their wedding day. You want to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor. We will be there to orchestrate the wonderful details you have so carefully put together. Six weeks before your wedding we will discuss all of your arrangements and any open items that may need to be handled. We will work diligently to pull all your plans together and add any final touches you may need. Then on the day of your wedding, we will be there for you from the time you get dressed until you take your last dance.
A Couture Designed Wedding
This Package is designed to help couples bring their ideas to life. Your wedding will be custom designed based on your ideas, style and our expertise. We will work with you to create a unique wedding experience. The design process starts with a free consultation to discuss your wedding day vision, color palettes and anything you have envisioned for your wedding. From there will create an inspiration board based on the initial meeting to ensure I fully understand your concept. Then we begin to select the vendors that best suite your style and budget. You will see a mock up of your design choices before your wedding. Then on the day of your wedding our team will be there to set up both your ceremony and reception venues.
Consultation and a La Carte Services
Here is a list of a few services we offer as a one time service. If your request is not on the list, just ask and we will be happy to help you. Price available upon request.
- Provide bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl basket, ring pillow, and corsages for your bridal party floral needs
- Full design for ceremony & reception
- Personal Bridesmaid, someone to ensure you and your bridal party have all you need while you are getting ready for your wedding day
- Calling guest that have not RSVP’d
- Coordinating an engagement party
- Assisting with booking accommodations for out-of-town guests, activities and welcome baskets
- One time consultation to help you set a budget, vendor recommendations, and décor concepts
- Bridal shower planning and coordination starting
- Purchasing gifts for the bridal party
- Planning rehearsal dinner/party- starting
- Sending out thank-you cards
- Running last minute errands
- Addressing and mailing invitations
- Provide creative suggestions to add to the theme and décor of your wedding
- Return tuxedos and other rental items after the wedding
